Blue Thunder is one of four vehicles that debuted in BS F-Zero Grand Prix.
BS F-Zero Grand Prix / BS F-Zero Grand Prix 2
The Blue Thunder is one of four available vehicles in the Satellaview exclusive BS F-Zero Grand Prix, and its sequel BS F-Zero Grand Prix 2. It shares similar stats to the Blue Falcon, such as slight stability issues, slow speed, and weak armor. It also appears at the start of Week 1 in BS F-Zero Grand Prix, in two detailed renders before the first race of the Knight League begins.
F-Zero 99
The Blue Thunder made its return in the Ver.1.5.0 for F-Zero 99, as an unlockable decal in the Workshop. It is obtained by successfully completing the final race in the Ace League as the Blue Falcon. Being a cosmetic, the Blue Thunder has identical statistics to the Blue Falcon. Its overall design however has undergone a large change, having a completely redesigned sprite.
