Template:Character The Dark Soldier is the pilot of the Soldier Anchor.

Like the machine, the pilot itself is a mass-produced model for Dark Million. Dark Soldiers make up most of Dark Million's henchmen.

Appearance

The Dark Soldier in the anime is usually depicted a greyish-green robot with black and purple metallic parts. It also has a black belt with a silver buckle. There are other variations of the Dark Soldier model, as one is seen with a pair of horns in Lap 13. They also come in other colors, such as the white ones with green lenses seen in Lisa Brilliant's battleship in Lap 26, and the white ones with red lenses seen in Don Genie's fortress in Lap 42.

In F-Zero Climax, the Dark Soldier is depicted in a similar color scheme to its anime appearance, but the purple parts appear to be more brownish. The belt is still black, but the outer buckle is gold.

History

F-Zero Farukon Densetsu (Anime)

The Dark Soldier was not given a name in the anime, but is a mass-produced model used mostly by Dark Million. They are seen in various episodes across the series, but serve no major purpose other than being mere henchmen for Dark Million.

However, Lisa Brilliant is seen with a few of her own on her battleship during Lap 21. Don Genie also had a few of them in his fortress in Lap 42.

Trivia

  • The machines used by the Dark Soldiers in the anime are recolors of Zoda's Death Anchor.
  • For some reason, despite their given name in F-Zero Climax, the F-Zero fandom wiki and Mute City wiki once referred to the Dark Soldier as the "Death Soldier." This is not correct, as the katakana provided translates to "Dark Soldier."
