Jack Levin #2 is Jack Levin's second mission of the story in F-Zero: GP Legend. The mission takes place in Silence.

Story

Following the call from Jody Summer, Jack Levin and Dr. Stewart head to Silence to help take on Michael Chain. Once there, they lose contact with Jody and notice something wrong with their engines. With the Astro Robin and Golden Fox sabotaged just before the race begins, they have no time to fix their machines and must partake in the race using faulty machines.

After defeating Michael Chain, Dr. Stewart commends Jack's racing abilities. Jack continues to compare himself to Rick Wheeler, saying Rick would have had a better grasp on the situation and handled it better. As Dr. Stewart tries to help Jack see the bigger picture, Jody Summer comes up to them and asks about Blood Falcon. Jack says he does not know about Blood Falcon and asks more about Michael Chain. Jody wonders about Blood Falcon, ignoring Jack's question about Michael Chain.

Mission

Course map

The mission takes place on Silence: Box Rink. It is a standard five-lap race with twenty participants, Jack Levin starting in third. The player needs to beat Michael Chain to the finish line; as long as they do this, it does not matter what the final rank of the racers is. The game claims the Astro Robin has been sabotaged; however, there is no significant difference in the Astro Robin's performance compared to normal game play.

Dialogue

Prologue

Jack Levin: "It's no use, Doc."

Jack Levin: "I can't seem to contact Jody."

Dr. Stewart: "She's likely aware of the problem."

Dr. Stewart: "Jack, listen up..."

Dr. Stewart: "Your engine sounds a bit strange. Something wrong?"

Jack Levin: "What?!? No way! Maybe somebody..."

Dr. Stewart: "No! Could someone have tampered with my machine?"

Dr. Stewart: "Be very careful in this race, Jack!"

Announcer: "It's race time!"

Epilogue

Dr. Stewart: "You beat Michael in that machine!"

Dr. Stewart: "Jack, that's really quite impressive!"

Jack Levin: "Still not great..."

Jack Levin: "Rick would've won it even more handily."

Jack Levin: "I was giving it everything I had..."

Dr. Stewart: "Hmmm..."

Dr. Stewart: "How can you still be so worked up?"

Dr. Stewart: "Jack, listen up!"

Dr. Stewart: "You raced well! It's unhealthy to overthink things!"

Jody Summer: "Fellows..."

Jack Levin: "Jody! Where on earth have you been?"

Jody Summer: "Do you guys know a pilot named Blood Falcon?"

Jack Levin: "Blood Falcon? Never heard of him."

Jack Levin: "What's his deal?"

Jack Levin: "More importantly, what's with Chain?"

Jody Summer: "Really? Nobody knows Blood Falcon..."
